Tortuguero National Park Walk

This national park was created to protect its flora and fauna. It has two trails; Sparrowhawk and Jaguar, a total of about 2 km.

For 1.5 hours you will be surrounded by an evergreen forest with a variety of plants and animals. The beach around it is very important for turtles because they come to lay their eggs there. There are four species of turtles that come during the turtle season and let us admire this spectacular process.

This type of forest has the most biodiversity in the country. There are animals like wild cats, all kinds of insects, 3 species of monkeys and other mammals and a great diversity of bird species.
